A brooding dance floor tool with mechanical drum sequencing, stabbing arrangements and unexpected U-turns. Italian tastemaker Fango lands on Prins Thomas’ eponymous record label as the imprint shares the concluding EP of its 2020 opening trilogy.

Prins Thomas‘ eponymous record label slingshots into the new decade with a trilogy of EPs. The three individual records carry an original track from the Norwegian space-disco machine, accompanied by a hand-picked selection of remixers like Eagles & ButterfliesFango and Norman Nodge. In his own words: “I wanted to make something I could play at peaktime and then I went and asked 3 mighty producers whose stuff I adored if they would like to make a version each.”

Following the first two records, Prins Thomas concludes the trilogy with a 12-minute burner, alongside a remix by Italian solar surfer Fango who sharpens things up and delivers a brooding dance floor tool with his trademark mechanical drum sequencing, stabbing arrangements and unexpected U-turns. We’ve the pleasure of hosting the latter in its full glory here today.
