Nuno Dos Santos’ Something Happening Somewhere shares its first release of 2019, as the label welcomes the recently unknown entity Joannes to the family. A powerful drum machine driven bundle, including remixes by Nadia Struiwigh and Melatonin Man.

Landing on Something Happening Somewhere, the “Got Needs” EP provides the soundtrack for this personal journey from Joannes, including some sick remixes by Nadia Struiwigh and Melatonin Man. A powerful collection of heavily driven drum machines and 303 bassline for peak hour introspection.
Our weapon of choice comes courtesy of Melatonin Man aka Tammo Hesselink. As a resident of De School and Nous’Klaer Audio, Melatonin Man introduced himself to high acclaim with his track “Garrol”, followed by his debut EP “Cruise Control Love” on Nous’Klaer. Taking on the EP’s title track, he strips Joannes’ effort into a down-tempo electro affair with chugging rhythms and tribal accents.
