Fabrizio Mammarella 2

Ponty Mython explores the outer boundaries of meditative synths, wandering melodies and eighties soundtrack vibes as he debuts on Futureboogie Recordings with his “Pink Tango” EP, including a psychedelic proto-house excursion by Fabrizio Mammarella.

Our Futureboogie Recordings friends are somewhat on a roll. Following the release of Kiwi’s stellar “Amityville” package, the record label returns with Ponty Mython‘s delicious “Pink Tango” EP. Having carved out a reputation for some of the finest cosmic house productions on labels like Dirt Crew and Omena, the Lithuanian based producer delivers three new cuts, exploring the outer boundaries of meditative synths, wandering melodies and eighties soundtrack vibes.

On the remix front, Italian producer Fabrizio Mammarella slightly toughens things up for “Pink Tango”, plunging into a darker sound aesthetic for a great reinterpretation of the original. As one half of the Black Spuma project, alongside his partner in crime Philipp Lauer, and as co-founder of the Slow Motion imprint, the multi talented artist takes us on a psychedelic proto-house excursion with chugging mechanical basslines and spiraling synths.

Pink Tango is scheduled for release March 9th. Pre-order at Bandcamp.
