A space-y voyage through growling bass lines, off-beat soundscapes and peak time breaks. Peter Invasion and Gregor Habicht deliver a hefty dance floor treat, as Leipzig-based Institut für Zukunft sets out to release a various artists EP in celebration of the club’s 5th anniversary.

The highly celebrated Institut für Zukunft turns 5 and celebrates with a special anniversary release, containing music by dance floor regulars like Tsorn, Lynxes, Monsanto High, Qnete and Carmel. From stomping techno, bleepy electro, classy house and bass-driven leftfield jams, the limited various artists package reflects the broad musical spectrum the Leipzig-based institution has to offer. Spread out over 2 beautiful slabs of vinyl, the compilation is scheduled for release April 18th.

In front of the package’s release date, we’ve the pleasure of premiering the contribution from Riotvan head honcho Peter Invasion and longtime friend Gregor Habicht. Recorded in two studio sessions, their track “2006” is a highly space-y voyage through growling bass lines, off-beat soundscapes and peak time breaks.
