The newly established Mt. Rave project wades through mystical and percussion driven waters, as they debut on Slowciety with their “Fifth World” EP, including remixes from Map.ache, Opal Sunn and Marlon Hoffstadt.

The Slowciety crew has been tearing it up across France, since 2016. The multifaceted platform approaches music with an open mind and brings different musical styles together, whether it is through their bi-monthly radio show at Rinse FM – with guest DJs such as Pional, Fort Romeau and Tim Sweeney – regular event hostings, or maintaining a quality output through their record label. Following the release of Dominik Marz and David Kochs’ recent outing, including remixes by Cooper Saver and Johannes Albert, the imprint returns with its 6th EP.

As the newly-founded project of Slowciety head honchos Clint and 6tizen, Parisian duo Mt. Rave steps up to the task. Titled “Fifth World”, the record includes three original productions and remixes from the likes of Map.ache, Opal Sunn and Marlon Hoffstadt. Streaming here below, the title track is a mystical voyage where evoking chants lay across the track’s main synth arrangement and bouncy bass line construction.

Fifth World is scheduled for release September 27th. Pre-order via Bandcamp.
